A BDIAP symposium on careers in pathology will be held at the Beaumont Hospital, Dublin on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th February 2018
The symposium is open to all undergraduate medical students in Ireland and is free to attend.
The symposium will include an overview of pathology disciplines, breakout sessions and sessions on career development and presentation skills.
The provisional programme is given below.
Refreshments will be provided, including a buffet dinner (followed by a quiz) on Friday 23rd February.
An allowance of €50 will be provided to students who are not based in Dublin, who cannot avail themselves of free accommodation in Dublin and who need accommodation, towards Friday night B&B on production of an appropriate receipt.
Students should notify the BDIAP in advance of the Symposium if they require an allowance. Please email Sam Kiely, Education and Divisional Manager.
The registration deadline is 5pm Monday 22nd January and places are limited to 70.
