As a member of the BDIAP additional reductions are available not only on the BDIAP annual symposium registration fees, but across all BDIAP events, including the joint BDIAP/Pathological Society annual meeting and other IAP events.

In addition to reduced meeting registration fees, access to meeting material post- event is unlimited for BDIAP members.

The BDIAP subsidises subscription fees for trainee and affiliate members, with fees starting from as little as £10 per year. Free membership is available for Foundation doctors (conditions apply).

BDIAP members also have access to the many BDIAP bursaries on offer.

Subscription fees are tax-deductible in most countries.

I am not a member of the BDIAP. Can I attend the BDIAP Annual Symposium?

Yes, you are welcome to attend the symposium. You will need to register as a non-IAP member when booking your ticket.

Where is the 2024 Symposium taking place?

The Symposium is taking place at 1 Wimpole Street, London W1G 0AE.

Will there be Covid 19 measures in place?

We are working closely with the venue to ensure the event takes place in a safe environment. We will keep delegates informed of any covid 19 measures that may be in place. If you have any questions please contact Sam Kiely.

Are CPD points available for the BDIAP Annual Symposium?

CPD credits have been sought from The Royal College of Pathologists.

Medical staff and clinical scientists in career grade posts who are enrolled with one of the Royal Colleges for CPD purposes and attend the meeting will be entitled to receive CPD credits.

Certificates will be made available to attendees, post meeting.

I am no longer able to attend the Annual Symposium, can I get a refund?

Registrants can receive a refund up to 7 days prior to the event start date. Please contact the administrative team to request a refund.

We would suggest that delegates consider making their travel and accommodation bookings flexible.
