The BDIAP is keen to support its Foundation Members to increase awareness of histopathology career opportunities and encourage specialty applications. In support of this, dedicated bursary opportunities are available for Foundation Members.
A limited number of places are made available for Foundation Members to attend the following BDIAP meetings. The bursary consists of free registration to the meeting.
Held annually, usually in March.
Five bursaries are made available for Foundation Members to attend the meeting free of charge.
Held annually, usually in March following the Molecular Pathology Study Day.

Held annually in November or early December.
Five bursaries are made available for Foundation Members to attend the meeting free of charge.
Bursary applications are to attend the 2026 Annual Symposium will be announced in due course.
Held annually, in June/July time. Foundation Members receive free registration to attend the joint meeting of the BDIAP/Pathological Society of GB and Ireland. Attendance at the Symposium Dinner is offered at a reduced rate.
