The IAP conducts biennial scientific meetings. The current scheduled congresses are:
- 2020 - Glasgow, United Kingdom
(took place as a virtual congress, Dec 6-8), hosted by the BDIAP
- 2022 - Sydney, Australia (Oct 9-14)
- 2024 - Cancun, Mexico (Oct 26-31)
BDIAP Members are entitled to reduced registration fees at the biennial congresses.
Bursaries are made available for young pathologists who have had an abstract accepted at the IAP congress.
The BDIAP is co-hosting Glasgow 2020 with the European Society of Pathology (ESP). Bursary opportunities have been made available by the BDIAP for trainee pathologists from Member Countries and BDIAP Schools.
The XXXIII Congress of the International Academy of Pathology and 32nd Congress of the European Society of Pathology scheduled is going virtual! The virtual congress will take place 6-8 December.
