The Irish Society for Surgical Pathology (ISSP) represents pathologists from the island of Ireland working in University, Teaching and Regional hospitals. It organises annual meetings with support from the BDIAP who will sponsor a named symposium, providing speakers as suggested by the local organisers.

The most recent meeting took place in Belfast on 4-5 October 2024. In addition to a sponsored symposium, the BDIAP attended to promote actvities and membership of the Division. 

The next meeting is scheduled for October 2025. More information to follow.
