The BDIAP is recruiting for three new UK Councillors to serve on Council for three years from 2022-2024.
Council consists of 7 Councillors, of which 4 represent the UK, plus 2 Trainees Councillors. Members of Council can be viewed here.
Council membership offers a fantastic, exciting opportunity to help shape pathology teaching, education and learning for trainees and established members alike. There are a range of opportunities on Council from roles in finance to event organisation to promoting the BDIAP.
Being a Council member is a great opportunity to develop your career and role in pathology and is incredibly enjoyable and rewarding.
Whoever you are, wherever you work there is a role for all our members, so please do put yourself forward for one of these exciting positions.
Eligibility
- BDIAP UK Members (not in training) are eligible to stand for UK Councillor.
- Nominations must be proposed and seconded by BDIAP UK Members (not in training).
All eligible members have been sent an email with further information and access to a nomination form.
