New membership opportunities for Allied Scientists

The Future of Pathology

At the recent strategy day of the BDIAP, there was agreement that the division should develop its links with allied scientists including biomedical scientists and clinical scientists.

Membership opportunities currently exist for biomedical scientists through BDIAP Affiliate Membership; however we will be expanding this to offer full membership for allied scientists.

To ensure representation on BDIAP Council we will also be creating an Allied Scientist Councillor position, helping to promote education and research in pathology.
