USCAP 2024 Bursary Application Form

Please complete the form below to apply for a bursary to attend the 113th Annual USCAP Meeting.

You must upload the following documents:

A short CV focusing on training in histopathology.
Your abstract details, including a copy of your abstract and a statement of your contribution to the project (word limit 200).
Confirmation of your abstract submission.
Confirmation from your head of department/educational supervisor of your trainee status.

Note: All four upload documents (specified above) must be uploaded when completing the online application form. It is not possible to save and return to the application form.
